Have you ever started addressing an envelope, only to realize your letters are slowly drifting downhill? You could use a ruler and pencil to draw guidelines, but I have a much quicker trick: Use a laser level! I used one today while addressing a whole stack of envelopes for students who joined Calligraphy Together, and it saved me 1-2 hours.
