This week we announced our our new online membership community is now open! It's called: Calligraphy Together 💜

We wanted to share the story behind why we created it.

Back to the beginning... we took our very first calligraphy class at age 10, and we were hooked! Years later, when Jillian’s wedding came around, we picked it back up so we could beautify all the wedding details.

From there, we started to teach in-person workshops… which turned into teaching people online all over the world. Today, more than 60,000 people have learned calligraphy with us.

Along the way, many students have shared how calligraphy has impacted their lives. It has helped them through seasons of burnout, caregiving, grief, or just the everyday rush of life.

Hearing those stories is what kept us going, creating more calligraphy resources.

But as we created more courses and memberships, more questions came in:

“Where do I start?”
“How do I log in again?”
“Do I need to join ALL of these to learn everything?”

We realized that even though we were trying to help, we were also making things confusing (and more expensive) for the people who wanted to learn with us.

So we stepped back and rethought everything. We wanted to create the clearest, easiest way for people to learn and feel connected.

It took us months to brainstorm exactly what to include, how to organize everything, which software to use, the colors and design, pricing, and even what to call it.

When we landed on the name Calligraphy Together, it felt perfect 💜

And after months of building behind the scenes, it’s finally ready for you.

Calligraphy Together includes everything from our four main programs, all in one support-rich community. In the past, joining everything added up to around $170/month, but now it’s all included in one membership with a special founding-member rate.

We're especially excited to share with you tons of interactive learning experiences through our new Calligraphy Quests! The first one is a quote trace-along on Wednesday. All of it's inside our new home: Calligraphy Together.
