The most relaxing thing I did all week

Ever get so wrapped up in something you love that you completely lose track of time? 🥰 That happened to me earlier this week. I sat down with a page from our new workbook, and it turned into the most relaxing session! I got completely lost in the flow of tracing calligraphy and coloring the flowers. I thought maybe 5 minutes had passed... but when I checked, it had actually been 22 minutes! 😅 (I know because I recorded a video!) Honestly, it felt so nice to just slow down and do something creative without rushing. No “perfect results” pressure, just a few peaceful minutes all to myself.
